How to Return an Item

3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Refund Process
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund for the affected item.
